Living Room Blankets . . what to do with when not using?

Tip #35: Find storage solutions for blankets.  Most of us have blankets in our living room so that we can snuggle up while watching the latest episode of our favorite TV program.  The problem is that they many of us don't necessarily have a place to put away these throws or blankets when we aren't using them and they can cause the room to look messy. Consider purchasing a large attractive basket and store it between pieces of furniture. Tuck blankets into the basket when you aren't using them. 


Another solution would be to fold the blanket(s) neatly and store them out of site by putting them on a shelf under a side table or coffee table (if your furniture pieces have a shelf). It's a super fast way to give the room a cleaner appearance.
